Returns & refunds
Return window
Request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. We accept new and lightly used items that are clean and complete. This does not limit rights that apply to defective, damaged or incorrect items.
Return method and cost
Returns are by mail. Email us with your order reference before sending a parcel. For ordinary returns, you arrange and pay the actual return postage to the authorised return address we provide. We do not provide a return label. For a confirmed defective, damaged or incorrect item, we provide the required return instructions and cover required return postage.
Refunds
Eligible refunds are expected to reach your original payment method within 30 calendar days after our partner receives the returned item. For a refund approved without a return, the 30-calendar-day period begins when we approve it. No restocking fee applies.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. You may return an eligible item under this policy and place a new order.
