Send the original item back to us, and once it reaches us we send the new size out to you. Return postage on the original item works the same way as any change of mind return, so that part is covered below.
Our size guide carries the key measurements for every category: men's tops, bottoms and footwear, women's tops, bottoms and footwear, and ring sizes. You can switch every table between inches and centimetres. Women's tops and bottoms list UK and US sizes alongside the measurements, and footwear lists UK, US and EU alongside foot length, where the conversions are approximate so we recommend going by foot length. Men's tops and bottoms are lettered XS to XXXL with the measurements beside them. If you are between sizes, size up.
